Our Team

Dr. Steven Cutone, DO is board certified in Internal Medicine. He has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Holy Cross College and University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine.  His residency was completed at University of Massachusetts. He has served in numerous leadership and quality roles at Southern Maine Health Care including Chief of Medicine/Quality Leader, Board Member, and Director of Patient Centered Medical Home.  He has and will maintain active staff privileges at Southern Maine Health Care.

In his college years he was captain of his varsity tennis team and played varsity soccer.

Dr. Jennifer Cutone, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine. She has 20 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Creighton University and University of Nebraska Medical School. Her residency was completed at University of Massachusetts where she served an extra year as Chief Resident. She was awarded the Sarah Stone Award for being the consummate physician. She has been in leadership and quality roles at Southern Maine Health Care.  She has and will maintain active staff privileges at Southern Maine Health Care.

Angela Martel, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences School of Physician Assistant Studies in 2017. She completed her undergraduate degree at University of New England. She previously worked at Southern Maine Health Care for four and half years where she worked alongside with Dr. Jennifer Cutone and Dr. Steven Cutone. She joined Internal Medicine of Southern Maine in October 2022. In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing and exercising.
